Every message reaches a person, not a ticket queue. Because CronVibe is small, telling us which tool you used and what you expected is the fastest way to a useful reply.
The tool behind this page is CronVibe, a cron expression generator and explainer. Questions usually involve spotting two rules that overlap or a number that came out differently than expected, and both are useful to hear about.
Where to write
Write to support@cronvibe.com. Replies usually go out within a business day or two.
What to include
- The tool name or a link to it.
- The values you put in (the schedule you click together), to whatever precision you remember.
- A short note on the expected versus actual output.
- Browser and device, whenever something looked broken.
Anything concerning decoding a cron line someone else wrote is easier to answer when you include the page address, so we can look at the same tool you did.
When a number looks off
For a developer tool, accuracy is the whole point. Because the CronVibe tool works the way described on its own page — it parses the five (or six) fields into their allowed ranges, expands steps, ranges and lists, then evaluates the expression forward from the current time to list the next scheduled runs — a wrong answer almost always traces back to one assumption, an input that does not fit the model, or a rounding edge case. If you think you have found one, tell us the value you expected and which tool you used, and we will check it against the method.
