Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

These terms govern your use of cronvibe.com (the "Site"). By using the Site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the Site.

CronVibe is a cron expression generator and explainer: it builds and decodes cron schedules visually, shows the plain-English meaning, the next run times and conflicting fields. In practice, it parses the five (or six) fields into their allowed ranges, expands steps, ranges and lists, then evaluates the expression forward from the current time to list the next scheduled runs. This page should be read with that tool in mind, because the limits described apply to what it computes.

Everything the tool works with — the schedule you click together — is handled locally. It is usually reached for things like spotting two rules that overlap, and because nothing is transmitted a visitor can close the tab knowing no copy was made anywhere.

What the Site is

The Site provides a cron expression generator and explainer and explanatory material, free of charge, for general information and education. Results are estimates derived from the inputs you supply using the method described on the page. Output from a developer tool is intended for you to review and test; responsibility for what you do with it stays with you.

No professional relationship

Nothing here forms a client, advisory or fiduciary relationship. The Site is a tool, and how you act on its output is a matter for you.

Uptime and changes to the service

We make no guarantee the Site will always be available. Any tool or page may be changed or removed at any time, and the service is supplied "as is".

Limits on our liability

As far as legally permitted, our liability is excluded for indirect or consequential damages and for any decision taken on the strength of a result produced here.

The law that governs these terms

Applicable law is that of the operator's jurisdiction, regardless of conflict-of-law provisions.

Responsibility for tool output

Output from a developer tool is a starting point, not a finished artefact. You are responsible for reviewing and testing anything generated here before relying on it in production.

How accurate the results are

We take the method seriously and describe it openly, but we cannot promise every output is flawless or that the material stays current. Where a known margin of error applies, treat the figure as an estimate rather than a fact.

What you may and may not do

Use the Site freely for yourself or your work. What is not allowed: disrupting the service, scraping it hard enough to hurt performance for others, claiming it as your own, or any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The design, wording and code are ours or used under license unless credited otherwise. Linking is encouraged; reproducing large sections needs written permission.

Advertising and third-party links

Third-party adverts keep the Site free and external links appear for convenience. We vouch for neither, and neither can change an output.
